Given the joys of the great British weather, it’s not surprising that many of us turn to the turbo trainer or bikes in the gym. Whilst of course riding in doors is no substitute for miles on the road and developing those bike handling skills (and a bit of awe/funny looks from those who haven’t made it off the sofa all day), cycling somewhere is better than not cycling at all, so to help you beat the indoors boredom, I’ve put together some tracklists on Spotify, and suggested profiles to go with them.
