Personalised training plans accompanied by monthly coaching calls - Personalised to you - your fitness, availability, goals, hormones and what you enjoy and based on quality sessions that make the most of your valuable time. 

 

Standalone plans - A more budget-friendly option, a one off payment for a standard plan, supported by group coaching sessions and videos and personalised pacing guidance.

Mindset coaching - Know what you need to do but it’s your head that gets in the way? I'm an accredited Transformative Coach and can help you work through the blocks in your mind so you can realise your potential. Available as coaching only, or kickstart your training plan with a 4 month mindset coaching programme which will help you identify your main barriers and work through them.
