More about me: 

  • I am the UK’s first and only mental health and exercise triathlon coach and am just as passionate about the importance of mental health and working with our minds as I am about triathlon. I am also a qualified Life Coach and PT. 

  • I’ve been coaching women to achieve their health and race goals for over a decade, helping them make changes to their training and lifestyle, so they have more energy, training feels manageable and they see the results.

  • I have raced competitively at age group, Ironman, ultra distance cycling, and am currently navigating the path to IM Leeds '25, whilst getting to know a whole new perimenopausal body.
